Went to get food, pressed the button and 10 min later someone came on and said we would be right with you. Waited another 15 min... before I had to leave if I wanted to eat on my lunch break. All on top of multiple cars going through the drive through. Read more
Came Here for dinner. Sat with the button pushed for almost twenty minutes. Got frustrated and asked someone to help. Still... went another five minutes with nothing. Ordered a sweet tea for my daughter. It was unsweet (and they knew because it was a new batch and they had not put the sugar in... yet) it also had no ice because the tea was so hot. I asked a carhop for a sweet tea (not knowing it was just made) she tookover 5 minutes just to come out and tell me that and said it would be 5 more minutes for my daughters drink. I had my 1 year oldand 4 year old who both wanted out of the vehicle after driving all day. I asked to just refund me and the employee looked at melike I was crazy and rolled her eyes at me. Y'all had me wait 7 minutes at the microphone before you told me I could go ahead with my order so you could charge me full... price for my drink. I come here for a drink at least once a day. Service is always slow, and the drive through employees fishfor tips by not keeping "jingle" change ready. If my mother didn't love sonic tea so much I would NEVER chose to come here. Read more
Great as long as you don't go after 9. The last 2 times it took forever to get our stuff even though we ordered on the app and... there was only 1 other car.
