We went and we waited for 30 minutes at the 30 minute mark we called and asked if they forgot our order? She said we don?t have... an order for stall 14. When we talked to her to place the Order she was very disrespectful. We had 3 simple food items, oneroute 44 and a medium drink. And on top of that they weren?t busy at all they had 4-6 cars in the lot. And the carhop stalls arein terrible condition. I highly do NOT recommend this Sonic Read more
Visited Sonic @ 4:13 pm today. Ordered 2 route 44 root beers. Tasted them both while credit card was being processed. One tasted... fine and the other tasted off so when Danyelle came back I explained how it tasted and she said " that's weird because all I hadon my tray was 2 Cokes and 2 rootbeers" and just stared at me. I asked if I could exchange it for a rootbeer she gave me a looklike I had inconvenienced her took my cup and brought back another drink. Never said I'm sorry have a good or anything. This is my go to sonic for everything. I absolutely love the staff here especially Natasha. I come here so often she knows... exactly what I want for my orders. She is a great asset to the team! I also love how friendly the rest of the staff is. I alsolove using the app to get happy hour any time of day! Read more
I always enjoy sonic, although for this location, they got an order wrong twice for my uncle whom I had been driving with. He... got a doublce bacon cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo ONLY, first time they added ketchup and mustard. When we informed them,the replacement they brought was correct, but they added NO bacon. So that kinda sucks, but everything was still tasty so, noreason to boycott them or anything. Read more
