We ordered a Mocha frappe and my usual pumpkin cold brew. Asked for extra 2 pumps of vanilla and I'm 99% sure they ONLY did two... and didn't add it, my coffee didn't taste right...so I asked her how they made it, she couldn't answer me and didn't really seemto care then asked if I wanted her to add more vanilla instead of remaking it...and the frappe tasted so watered down. This iswhy I go to small owned coffee shops since it's so hit and miss with Starbucks now days. Not rude or anything but not thefriendliest the staff could have been. Read more
Absolutely revolting, I order a brown sugar oat milk coffee with no cinnamon and get a pumpkin spiced coffee which was so heavy... on the clove my tongue went numb. The wife?s coffee tasted of some tea berry of sorts. All of this after she waited 20 min forsome cold brew that should take 3 min to make max. Terrible location Read more
Not very friendly and a big lack of what to order off of. They tried to charge me for a small cup of water for my cat of $.50.... You can't get a refill on a cold cup of coffee for $.50 just on hot coffee. Yep will never come back here again. All the otherStarbucks treat you with more respect. Staff was very friendly and efficient in the drive through. Really enjoyed my espresso and the egg bites! There is a challenge... to get to Starbucks and re-routed to get back. When out of town this was a bit of a challenge, but there is signage for you outof towners! Read more
we stopped here on a road trip to use the restroom and grab some drinks. we placed our order and waited about 25 min and watched... as others who got there after us got their drinks and left. after 30 min we decided to go ask what stage our drinks were at. wewere told that our drinks hadn?t even been made yet and that it would be another 10 min. their explanation was that ?the day hadbeen a train wreck.? while i understand that some days are busier than others, waiting almost 40 min for 2 drinks is ridiculous.we ended up receiving a refund and leaving because we were now a half hour behind schedule. unless you?re bored and have sometime to kill, I wouldn?t recommend coming to this location. Waited over 30 minutes for my mobile order, and staff was not helpful or courteous what so ever. One barista was huffing and... puffing, talking about how horrible their job was the entire time, and the milk in my drink was burnt even though I orderedwarm. Very frustrating for paying $15 for 2 coffees. Read more
