Ordered a footlong, took a bite and there was a long pink strand of hair in it. Spit it out and saw that there was another hair... on the other half sandwich. Threw it away instantly. Called and come to find out it was the GM?s hair. She told me to bring thesandwich back to make another. I already threw it away and definitely didn?t want another sandwich. Drive thru worker said to give him a second when we pulled up and then said nothing else for nearly 15 moreminutes. We finally got tired of waiting and pulled up to the window and told them we had mobile order. We were then told by arude worker that we had to park in front and customers inside get served first. So we went in and waited another 10 minutes andthey tried to make us the wrong order. Place needs a whole new crew or the current crew to be retrained. In work ethic andmanners. Won?t return.
