Ordered a footlong, took a bite and there was a long pink strand of hair in it. Spit it out and saw that there was another hair... on the other half sandwich. Threw it away instantly. Called and come to find out it was the GM?s hair. She told me to bring thesandwich back to make another. I already threw it away and definitely didn?t want another sandwich. She rudely told me shecouldn?t do anything about it. I asked if they wore hairnets and then she hung up on me. Terrible service. Read more
The Supreme meats with double meat is the sandwich jarred dreams about on his concrete slab with a thin mattress that's... worthless , I bet he would've left them kids alone knowing what he knows now. He's someone's bit** for sure in the joint ,not a doubt in my mind . Literally just left this store about 15 mins ago and my experience was so good that I had to share. My husband and I went in to... order (because he like to watch them make his food ????) and the 2 women that were in there was very polite and quick with theirjobs. To top it off, the bread was the softest bread I've ever had at a subway. Our sandwiches we're made perfectly. This willbe the Subway we go to from here on out until we see otherwise ?? Read more
Normally i give people the benefit of the doubt she was nasty on the phone to my wife i said maybe it busy there so i let it... pass but as soon as we got there the store was empty and it took her 5 min to get to the counter where she was once againmiserable to my wife. So we let it go another couple came in and she was miserable to them then she snapped at my wife and thatwas it for me. We arrived, it took 5 min for the guy to take our order, and sadly our bad experience didn't stop there. The man was the only... worker and I could understand his attitude somewhat of it had been busy BUT there was nobody in the lobby.....there was nobodyelse in the drive threw. We asked the pricing of a drink which apparently this shop only has one size and he wasn't happy totell us. We asked for root beer and apparently this shop doesn't have it.... we asked what cookies they had and he literallyrolled his eyes at us. Apparently asking him to do his job was more than he could handle so he responded by being very rude. Totop it all off the bread was tough and chewy like leather. We will not be going back to this Location and if doing his job andproviding customer service even when it's not busy is more than this guy van handle then I suggest he find a new job. Read more
By far the worst subway of the many in the area. Ordered today online pickup. Said 15 mins. Arrived 15 minutes later to pick up... through drive thru. Drive thru worker said to give him a second when we pulled up and then said nothing else for nearly 15 moreminutes. We finally got tired of waiting and pulled up to the window and told them we had mobile order. We were then told by arude worker that we had to park in front and customers inside get served first. So we went in and waited another 10 minutes andthey tried to make us the wrong order. Place needs a whole new crew or the current crew to be retrained. In work ethic andmanners. Won?t return.
