Pathetic. I said what i wanted in the drive thru. Once i got to the window. I made sure everything i odered was correct. They... said yes. Once i got my food, everything was wrong. I said no lettuce on everything 4 times. And i ended up having lettuce oneverything. I like tacos but this has happened the past 3 time. How hard is it to not put lettuce on something when someone askgor it to be left off. Pathetic. Every single time they mess up. Empty restaurant (me and two other people) and it still took FOREVER just to get my order taken. Guy at register seemed clueless... and DEAF. I had to repeat myself a few times. Getting food took forever also....and then wasn't even close to what I hadordered. They seemed annoyed that I complained and they had to make it right. Terrible attitudes and rude responses to asking for a minute to order. Pulled up to the drive thru to order, there was 1 car... behind us and 3 ahead and when we asked for a minute to get our order together the staff stated they were "being timed and ifyou're going to take too long then just come inside to the lobby." We were about to give our order when the staff stated that,and I have a physical disability that makes it difficult to always just go inside. We left because this was upsetting onmultiple levels, but it was inconsiderate of someone if they have trouble processing the menu or like me with a physicaldisability. It was the worst experience and if this is how their corporate is making them run then that is despicable too. Iwon't be returning any time soon and I am sad how customers are getting treated. By far the work experience yet. Pulled up to drive-thru and the person taking orders got impatient that I was not answering him... to place my order even though I could not pull all the way up to the microphone due to vehicles in front of me. After placingthe order I was still not able to move forward again due to vehicles in front of me and he repeated the pricing for me twicewith utmost attitude. After getting to the window to pay I was laughed at for wanting to use gift cards that I had received overthe holidays and was then only able to use half of what I had given them. Upon getting home with my food I realized that thefood order was only half correct and that the burritos I ordered we almost empty and mostly tortilla. I would highly recommendagainst people going here unless you absolutely won?t go to any other locations. Read more
I pulled into the drive thru after a long day of work and tried to order a nachos bell Grande and I said a Krispy taco supreme... and the gentleman at the window says we don't sell crispy tacos we sell crunchy tacos it says so right on the screen you knowwhat you guys don't have any right to treat your customers that way and as far as I'm concerned I'm going to Del Taco or tacoJohn's or anywhere but Taco Bell because of that guy right there you really need to train your people I run a business and theywould be fired tomorrow for being a sarcastic like that have a great night thanks for ruining mine .
