Ordered a deluxe cravings box, it is missing half the items that should have been in it. Ordered 2 chicken chipotle melts for my... daughter, ended up with a single chicken burrito looking thing (can't even be sure that's what it was supposed to be). Alwaysmissing items or being over charged. Try to call the store to get it fixed and can never get an answer. This is ridiculous. Read more

I just went to the location on lone oak road in paducah. The person who took my order was very rude!! I didn't know there were... 2 boxes with the item I was ordering instead of telling me the difference in items with boxes, she was rude and asked well whichone do you want? Then I go to pay for my food the whole time she was giving me rude looks and rolling her eyes at me. Almostspilled my drink when she handed it to me, then practically threw my food.out the window. Food was disgusting, and barely thrown together. Looked like it had been dropped. The girl at the drive-thru didn't even have... her mask covering her nose. I've never left a bad review on anything, but this was genuinely the worst Taco Bell I've ever beento. Read more
