Not a bad taste of Tex Mex today. Our family had a mediocre blend of Americanized ethic culinary choices for lunch today. The... loaded potato ole's must've been pretty good, there were none left. My wife never has a single complaint about the chicken bossbowl( so I played it safe and got her the chicken boss bowl,????). We also got the new Burrito/taco family pack. It was great. It came with just the right amount of Potato Oles (you know those golden rounds laced with an addictive blend of festiveseasoning that tastes like a Mariachi band on your tongue) . We ordered waters and their lobby drink machine was broke, so theymade our cups in the back...well....It turned out they gave us carbonated water, bleh ????????. Other than that all was great. They forgot the sauces we paid for. The food was all smashed and soggy, swimming in grease because apparently its too difficult... for these people to drain the potatoes or do their jobs correctly. This isnt the 1st time they have done this either so i do notreccomend them at all!! And of course they couldn't refund us. Read more

Here from FL in town for my fiance's job & wanted a quick lunch. I enjoyed the new Grande Beef Burrito. Very full of all of the... ingredients it had listed. My only issue was the wrap had gotten soggy in a couple places, but after just ripping those edgesoff, the rest of it was great! The potato oles were yummy- a bit salty but the cheese sauce I asked for extra helped cover thatup. I got everything as i ordered. Plus an extra side of jalapenos and for literally the first time in months in a long time, nothing was forgotten or left out when it comes to a fast food joint. I usually actually avoid food because of that & well, (thehealth part, lol) Overall, satisfied with my 1st ever experience at a Taco John's. Read more

The customer service was terrible and the staff acted as if they didn't care about a customers needs. Had to repeat our simple... order 4 times and they still got it wrong. Crunchy tacos were cold and barely had any meat. Oles were greasy and old. The diningroom was filthy despite having no customers and 6 staff. No manager or shift leader was ever observed. A major retraining needsto be done at this location. Read more

I have been a customer here for years and can say something has changed in the tacos especially the hard shell variety. It might... be me but the taco season isn't the same. The staff is usually very helpful but as of late there seems to be a change. Maybe itsthe shortage of employees which I can understand. The Ole's are still my favorite! Read more

This was the first Taco Johns that we have seen in several years, so excited to give it a try, as we used to do Taco Tuesday at... this brand. We were quickly disappointed. The cashier couldn't seem to hear or understand our order...there were no specialrequests. The food came quickly, but nothing was like it used to be. We missed the salsa bar. There were only Pepsi products. The portion sizes were greatly reduced as far as meat in the crunchy and street tacos. Crunchy beef tacos were almost flat, about 1/2 teaspoon of meat, and shredded lettuce. No cheese or tomato as pictured on menu board. The Street Tacos were a drippysoggy mess, consisting almost entirely of shredded lettuce and very liquid salsa. I had two chicken and one steak street taco. They all had about 1/2 the meat of the crunchy taco. This was the biggest waste of $20. Apparently the locals know this as wewere the only people in the restaurant for about 45 minutes. Read more
