My family and I made a mobile order here. We waited on it for about 20 minutes and staff did not seem to care and they were not... kind. Once we got the food home, nearly everything was not correct but we live 20 minutes away so obviously we were not going todrive back. I did not get the chips I ordered, my mom got a completely different sandwich, and my smoothie was tasteless(seemedlike much of the staff was new and not properly trained). When we called to talk to the owner the next day, they pretty muchtold us they didn?t care. I love their food but I will not be returning because the service is BAD! Do not waste your time. Read more

I always love the smoothies when we visit Tropical Smoothie. However today I ordered my usual and there was something very... different about it. Chicken Pesto. The chicken was different it was diced up very small where it used to be strips and it seemedlike less meat overall. The Tomato also served on the sandwich was no longer sliced it was diced.
