My family and I made a mobile order here. We waited on it for about 20 minutes and staff did not seem to care and they were not... kind. Once we got the food home, nearly everything was not correct but we live 20 minutes away so obviously we were not going todrive back. I did not get the chips I ordered, my mom got a completely different sandwich, and my smoothie was tasteless(seemedlike much of the staff was new and not properly trained). When we called to talk to the owner the next day, they pretty muchtold us they didn?t care. I love their food but I will not be returning because the service is BAD! Do not waste your time. Read more
Ordered on Door Dash. A specific option is *No Bacon* So that was ignored. Also, find me a ?3 cheese? quesadilla that is more... flat than this. Unbelievably poor service and quality. Laughable. Stay away. Read more
Update: I appreciate the reply from the owner. Thanks. That is worth another star at least. I will update this review when I... try it again sometime. The staff was nice and friendly. They are the only reason for 2 stars. The food was terrible for theprice. I would expect that from a $2 Taco Bell menu, but not for $11 total for a quesadilla and smoothie. I chose the JerkChicken Quesadilla. It was nothing like the pic on the menu. Not even close. Hardly any actual chicken or fruit. There were alittle more ingredients at the last section of it. Still disappointing. The Paradise Point smoothie was even worse. It wasmostly ice, with some fruit flavor. I would have been better off going to Taco Bell. Very disappointed. Read more

I always love the smoothies when we visit Tropical Smoothie. However today I ordered my usual and there was something very... different about it. Chicken Pesto. The chicken was different it was diced up very small where it used to be strips and it seemedlike less meat overall. The Tomato also served on the sandwich was no longer sliced it was diced. To me it felt like a sneakyway to try and give me less and still charge me the same if not more. Has anyone else noticed the change in the chicken on theflatbreads? Read more
