Server Cat needs improvement with her customer service skills! RUDE RUDE RUDE! Lazy worker to fulfill mistakes and doesn?t... listen CORRECTLY to customers orders. The employees at this Burger King have got to be the most incompetent I've ever witnessed. They failed to give us a receipt.... And, no, they didn't ask us. They made our Original Chicken Sandwiches with round buns, instead of the oblong buns. They couldhave told us when we ordered them that they were out of the oblong. We would have ordered differently. We also ordered an 8piece nugget, they gave us 7. They freakin' cannot even count. And to top it off, the girl at the pickup window was prettydarn rude. Read more
We stopped here for a quick meal three days in a row and of the three days were very pleased with two. We ordered the double... impossible whopper (with double patties) along with spicy chicken. Twice we were helped by Randy. He was very kind, friendly andhelpful. I observed that his interactions with all customers were very polite even when he was multitasking all the time. I justwant to say a big THANK YOU to Randy for making our meal special and full of care! He is an asset to BK. The third day weinteracted with LIONEL, who was very rude and insulting. He overcharged us and when we went in to speak to him he accused Randyof discounting food for us and us of lying. Randy had no reason to discount us as he did not even know us and we are notdiscount hunters. The issue was the cost of second burger patty. I am attaching the receipts of all three days. The second pattyof beyond burger is for $2 each not $4.26 each. I am taking the 5 stars away for the culture I witnessed. If it is a trainingissue then it should be addressed internally. Overcharging a customer and insulting your colleague in front of the customer isnot the right way to go, very unprofessional. Very disappointed! Lionel claims to be the STORE MANAGER/OWNER and DISTRICTMANANGER when I asked him to give me a management email. He refused to give me an email where we can send the receipts to provewe were not making it up. If he is a store manager, he needs to learn some basic people skills. We had a few McDonald?s meals and the kids wanted different meal toys, so I looked up BK and they had Barbie in June and Wonder... Woman in July. Cool. The whole family with kids through grandparents went. They forgot to pack the kids meal toys. I went to thecounter but the cashier was also running the drive thru. The janitor eventually came up and was very polite in trying to get metoys for the two girls. But the cashier finally turned around and wow, acted like that was a real bother. Read more
Stopped for a quick lunch. We were in 28 foot motor home not towing. The parking lot here is very tight for vehicles like ours.... We found it easier to drive into the massive parking lot just to the east of the store and walk in and order. Always good beef hamburger here. We had two Whopper meal. All for less than $20. Super fast and friendly service. Recommended!
Great employees! One greeted us in parking lot with a smile and a "welcome". Same thing at customer counter. Dining room and... restrooms were immaculate. Food was hot, fresh and delicious ???? GREAT JOB FOLKS! To bad the BK down here in Glendale isn'tlike this.... Read more
