I agree with the prior reviews. This place doesn't want customers. We ordered a shake, he said there was no ice cream. The... special cookie dough dessert is not available. I ordered the buffalo popcorn chicken it came with no sauce. I went to the windowand asked for sauce, he gave me a tiny bit. No napkins, no utensils. The chicken was just tiny breaded crumbles. My chicken burger was raw and i didnt notice until I'd eaten almost half of it. Staff dealt with it immediately and gave me a... new burger. Good thing i have a strong immune system, because this burger could have seriously impacted someone young, old, orwith immune problems. The fryers have timers, the only way that happened was they pulled it up early or 2 patties got stucktogether while frying, which means they both should've gone done for another minute into the fryer (i used to manage a fast foodrestaurant). Extremely disappointed! I am convinced that this location does not care to have any repeat customers. I ordered 2 of their... grilled cheese sandwiches. This is about the simplest food item possible to cook. No one could mess that up? right? Well thisSonic proved that wrong. Opening up the first grilled cheese I was disappointed to see that neither side had been buttered, oreven grilled! Literally it looked like they put cheese between two pieces of bread and microwaved it to melt it! They left the?grilled? out of the grilled cheese. Gross. The second grilled cheese had an end slice of bread and was just as bad as itseemed it also skipped getting grilled. Add worse to worse, they were also out of ketchup that evening. And the milkshakescame runny. It wasn?t very busy so no excuse there. We had brought the food back to the hotel before checking it which was abig mistake. Check your food before you leave. On the positive side, they were quick to take our order and deliver the food tothe car at one of the drive in stalls. This was ridiculous...non of the stall were open...only drive thru. Kid taking orders was nice but clueless.They had no ice... cream items available... including shakes!
