For some reason their online services wasn?t working properly yesterday. The store claimed they weren?t getting my order. When I... called and tried to ensure they received my order and to moderate it, a rude employee by the name of Carl repeated to thekitchen ?don?t make this online order yet we have a customer that doesn?t know what she?s doing making orders? the lady thatanswered the phone then proceeded to tell him I was on the phone so I asked to speak to him because at that time what he said tohis staff was very rude and disrespectful to me THE CUSTOMER. I proceeded to ask was he the manager on duty and he repeated yes,no longer wanted to speak to him wanted to speak to upper management, asked who was the store manager because I would be givingthem a call. He let me know that he was the store manager, wow look a there. This store is poorly managed by someone who doesn?trespect or value the customer, definitely won?t be spending my hard earned money here again! Read more

I stopped in this Pizza Hut at 7 minutes to 11pm, tonight, a Friday. There were three customers in front of me. I've been... driving for more than 14 hours and I'm exhausted and starving. Hall Holland waited on me at the counter. I asked if he couldmake me some food even though it was so late. He cheerfully told me yes and said they don't close till midnight. Mr. Hollandpatiently helped me place my whack and weird order. He was professional, friendly and very kind. Everyone in the restaurant wasbusy working but friendly. The restaurant and what I could see behind the counter was exceptionally clean, especially since theyare so short staffed. My pizza and wings were correct and Mr. Holland made certain I had plates and napkins and dipping sauce.10/10 would recommend and I don't even eat at chain restaurants. Excellent service and food. This is the WORST Pizza Hut I have ever done business with. With 3 different attempts to order pizzas and they got the order... wrong and get this??not only did they refuse give the managers name they hung up on us twice. Calling corporate numerous timescame to an apology and a voucher to use for one of the visits. We tried to use the voucher during on another visit and it wouldnot accept it so AGAIN we had to pay for the order and IT WAS WRONG. We called corporate and they claimed they had no record ofour order. We r DONE with this poorly managed store. This store should be closed down. Read more
