We arrived at 2:30 and lunch had just ended, we were ok with a salad and appetizers. When I got my ceasar salad it was... everything but Green and a bit later I saw the table next to me get the same salad. I took a photo of each and spoke withseveral of the staff who gave me some explanations why these things can happen. Linda said she had better things to do than lookat photos of lettuce as we met I could tell that what came out of her kitchen was not important at the moment. Great reviews from locals on best place to eat. We were served by Corey, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, & was present if... we needed anything. The other staff were also friendly & all worked together clearing the table of used dishes to bringing outthe meals. It?s July, we sat outside, at first appearance it looked crammed-in and loud. After we sat down that feeling wentaway. We had plenty of room & even though other tables around us were in deep conversations, our table was still able toconverse with one another. Met with the owner, she was very nice as well. We arrived about an hour till close & I even noticedanother table arrive 15min till close, the staff was eager to have us enjoy our meals. We never felt rushed or saw annoyance onany faces (I saw that the night before at a place I?ll never go to) The appetizers looked good, wish I would have tried. Weorder a Delmonico, pork chop, chicken parmigiana, & a key lime pie & a zango for dessert. The guest who ordered the pork choprequested it to be well done, it was still tender & juicy. The steaks were a medium with a mushroom glaze (they have 2additional toppings you can add to your steak). The key lime was made fresh in house & was on point. We stumbled upon City Hall Cafe tonight, and I'm so glad we did! Service was perfect and the food was great. Hubby had the... Brazilian tenderloin with shrimp, and I had the Pagosa Chicken. We left stuffed and happy!! Will be telling friends who visit tocheck it out too!! Read more
Outstanding meal! I mean WoW! For starters the Eggplant Tower had a delightful vodka sauce. Fresh beautiful house salad and the... Soup of the Moment - Onion in my moment - was just spectacular. Flavorful and delicious. I had the Greek Style Lollipop LambChops which were grilled to perfection. My friend had the Lemon Wild berry Mascapone Cake was Stellar! One of the best meals I've had in my life! I had the Blackened Mahi Mahi with Picotta sauce and my boyfriend did the Picotta... Chicken. Everybody else enjoyed theirs too! The salad was some of the freshest salad I've ever had and the house made saucesmade this place stand out. The server was super helpful when I was having trouble deciding what to get and with helping my mompick something gluten free. We wanted to come back again during our trip we loved it so much, make sure you plan around theirhours! This meal felt like it costed over $50. We enjoyed the porch area but it's definitely drafty on the legs so bring a coatto put on your lap. Read more
