The Lost Cajun serves the best food in Pagosa Springs and probably the best Cajun food anywhere. The Voodoo Pasta is fantastic... and we also enjoyed the Gumbo, Jambalaya and Poor boy. Wow! What an excellent meal. The staff was fast and friendly. Don'tforget to save room for the Beignets!! Read more

Pls ???? if this helps! ~ I like cajun, and my group agreed, food is good but strays a little from traditional Southern... cajun. ???? Service and price good ???? Drinks are can/bottled here, no bar per say. Good small selection of beer andwine. ???? Food was pretty good. Fresh. Not the rich savory flavor I expected but its alright! Read more
