Seriously the worst. Ever wonder why there?s no line at Pahoa BK and a line of 15 cars at Mc Donald?s? If you want to pay $15... for a meal (on most everything on the menu) to be served subpar quality cold food by an overly unenthusiastic employee whothinks their job requires rocket science; then this is your restaurant. I waited half an hour to get cold food. Paid almost $40for this garbage. Everything I ordered the cashier repeated back to me looking like he was being held at gunpoint. While waitingin a dark, dim, and dilapidated restaurant you?re forced to listen for half an hour employees bicker amongst each other. It?s byfar the worst BK I?ve ever been to. I usually wait for them to open , but the last two days even at 6:15 they won?t answer the drivethru, thinking that they were... broken, I drove up to the window both days. People are in there and see me,but I guess they decided not to serve me so I havedecided to never go back, just not worth it. Big zero, a one is too much. Read more
Waited a few minutes for service while the manager gossiped with the cashier. When the cook informed them there were customers... waiting, she finally came over. Since they keep the bathroom locked, I had to ask for a key. The manager informed me I had toorder and get my food before she would unlock it. Food wasn't fresh, but no surprise there. I'd give it 0 stars if I could,purely for the rude manager. Read more

Absolute worst experience of my life. I have been in pure agony for 10 hours. This food poisoning is the most horrible thing... I've ever gone through. You can't imagine the pain I am in. I noticed that they had changed most of the staff members at thisBK. I used to go there all the time and never had a problem. Some of the new employees don't look very clean. I will never eatthere again after this. I feel like I am dying. I just want it to end. I know it was BK because that's the only thing I ateyesterday. And about 4 hours later I was pouring sweat and uncontrollably vomiting with diarrhea.i hadn't eaten anything sincethe day before and I was perfectly fine all day before. I even did some mechanic work on my truck. But now I can barely stand upfrom dizziness and nausea. Something has to be done about this. It should never happen to anyone. Service is okay. They were helpful enough. Food is just the same like other burger king. The salad is pretty impressive and I... love the fact that late at night I am able to have fresh, crunchy salad to munch away from my kitchen. French fries is soggy anddouble cheese burger is okay. Convenient but sometimes chicken is way over cooked and buns often hard. Like sat out long time. But the regular burgers are... most always good. Fries are good. 2 YEARS LATER UPDATE. I ordered the Mac and cheese Cheetos (only had 4 in the box instead of5. The Mac and cheese was over cooked and dry. The Cheetos part didn't taste like hit Cheetos but did leave a nice burn that youget from Cheetos. Over all I would give then 3/10. ) Also got the rodeo king chicken sandwich. At first grab I wasdisappointed. The rodeo king is HUGE this was much smaller. But I will say the chicken was cooked better and over all taste was7/10. Worse park about Burger king Hawaii is the prices. They are EXTREMELY high. Just be prepared to pay high prices. Update.July 2019. - the tacos are very much like jackinthebox tacos. They kind of are good. But kind of suck. Idk, if you like Jack'stacos you might like these. Who ever prepared them forgot lettuce. Read more
