If there was such a thing as quiet quitting for a business, this would be it. Noone is excited to be here. The sushi bar is... closed, not a single stool, their water feature is broken with mineral scale encrusted coins littering the bottom. They eventook the TV down in the restaurant. Although they weren't busy, they were slow to serve, like they wanted to keep us as long aspossible. The food was just ok, we probably won't be back. Sad, because we really liked this place. First time dining out with table service, in months. This was a special occasion and the service was wonderful but a bit... difficult due to wearing masks. Hand sanitizer was available as you walk in the door. Smells like old cooking oil, and A LOT ofoil is used in everything. I would have appreciated some healthy options on the menu. I ordered tempura vegetables...soaked anddripping in oil, I peeled off all the batter. Steamed veggies would have been excellent. The side salad, being just typical, wasthe freshest item on the menu, so I ordered 2! Then, the cap on the pepper shaker fell into my salad as well as half thepepper. Overall, the food was mediocre at best. Service was good. Fun watching the chef cook our dinners. But, our groupenjoyed visiting and spending time together. I wouldn?t go back. Read more
I wish I could give them zero stars. If you?re a vegan, stay away. They are terrible. I watched a the chef lie to me as he told... me that they used vegan butter. as soon as I told him that I would get sick, he told me that I can?t have it. I wish they wouldhave just been truthful from the start. I hated every minute of that experience. Read more
