To say I love SB is an understatement! it's a necessity at this point...however; this specific SB store#56049 has the best... customer service overall from all of the SB's franchises. My spouse and I spend on average $250.00 per week on SB. We live inTexas but work in different states. Hands down this little SB store has given me the highest echelon of customer service unlikeour Texas, home, franchise and Oklahoma franchise. Both Texas and OKC franchises were good but to achieve greatness status Iurge the SB franchise to specifically monetize and promote two employees and have them head up the customer service experienceas they truly exude and embody what a customer experience should be. You would think these two are bound to have a bad day,rite? We have been in Pahrump since February of this year and frequent SB Monday through Sunday and we have yet to see these twohave a bad day! Their names are Tony and Amanda. If anyone is having a bad day and need a pick me up swing through this SB drivethru for your favorite beverage or food and I guarantee if either of these two are at the window you will leave with a smile onyour face! This Starbucks is slow especially the drive thru. Some of the workers just keeping talking and laughing with each other. They... should be focused on fast and great service. These employees would never last in the Vegas stores. Read more
The lady's that work here never friendly. Not helpful when asking questions. Just look at you like they have other things to do.... Need to hire all new staff. Two drinks should not take 20 minutes to make when there is no line inside or outside. Read more
