Drive through took a little long. 12 minutes at the pick up window, usually it's less than 10. But, the food was fresh, hot, and... made correctly. I got breakfast, my wife got lunch. The only downside is that it's inside another business, a pilot truck stop.I was a driver for several years so I'm ok with it but I've heard people complain about the trucks causing traffic congestion atthe exit onto hwy 21. We had a great experience, ordered spicy chicken sandwich, sweet and spicy bacon burger, onion rings and fries. The chicken... sandwich was well seasoned, the beef on burger was fresh, just the right amount of sauce and soft bread. The onion rings andfries were fresh and crispy. The food portions are generous. Worst Whataburger Ever! They didn't repeat our order, which resulted in is getting and paying for items completely different... than what we ordered. We eat at a whataburger 2 to 3 times a week and never have issues. Now, we need to make sure we always askthem to repeat the order back to us. EDIT: 5 STARS FROM 1 Manager took great care of me when I returned two days later, when I was in the area. The day that this... all occurred, due to the error and not receiving my onion rings, the lady asked me if I wanted a pie or cookie for theinconvenience. I thought it was a great touch. The manager was super sweet and understanding when I returned. She had a calm,nice demeanor about her, which I appreciated. This is a wonderful establishment managed by good wholesome Whataburger folk. Iwill be back and I highly recommend them!! ORIGINAL POST: I forgot to give me my onion rings. Guy took my bag. They gave me abag with onion rings and I left. Didn't think I had to check it all for my food again. Now they won't answer the phone since I'm50 miles away already. The food is always good. But they have about a 25% success rate of getting your order right. Always check your food before you... leave. And the morale of the employees is extremely low. There is no denying that nobody wants to be working there. Read more
