The lobby is closed in the afternoon and when placing a drive thru order for a simple milkshake the response from the staff is... "I guess" with a resulting disgusting milkshake. If you don't know how to make one I would rather have been told that thanpaying the $7. If I wanted milk I would have gone to the grocery store and paid a lot less. Next time it will be another fastfood place, their flavors are limited but at least I'd get an actual milkshake without the rudeness. Read more
I went through the drive thru and placed orders for two quarts of ice cream. There were two guys standing there told me they... didn't have the ice cream in the freezer. So I asked them to hand pack it. They told me they couldn't. I don't see this businesslasting long. Read more
We arrived at 545pm after driving 45 minutes to the establishment. The website says carry out and the sign on the door says... carry out but the door is locked. When inquiring, they said they close the lobby "sometime around maybe 5:00" and do drivethrough only. This is in a small area and it is not overwhelming busy. I'm tired of places being too lazy to serve theircustomers. Read more
Baskin Robins closes at 11pm, right? Well, I go through the drive through at 8:35pm and they said that they cannot serve me... because they?re closing baskin-robins down for the night. (Which is obviously attracted to Dunkin Donuts that is also stillsupposed to be open) ridiculous! Horrible customer service!! The manager on duty had a very oh well attitude. We called after there were nuts placed on my... sundae (without my consent) because they were out of the topping I ordered. I'm highly allergic and the girl on the phone hadno cares in the world! Not to mention we had to call at least 7 times before we got ahold of someone. UNACCEPTABLE!! Read more
Worst one I have ever been to. Waffle cones were so stale, couldn't even chew it. We had 3 different ice-creams. All had chunks... of ice in them. Like biting rocks. Read more
