Food is always great. They keep everything fresh. They must've been understaffed for some time because even when we'd order... online so that we can just drive by and pick it up we'd still end up waiting close to a half hour at the drive-thru. I had to wait almost an hour to pick up a doordash order, and the reason I had to wait so long is because they were behind on... online orders and catching up. Which is fine, except for the fact that they literally were holding all of the orders behind thecounter and not giving them to all the customers that were standing around waiting instead of bringing each one out as theyfinished it. They made people wait so much longer than was necessary just so that they could bring them all out at once. That'shorrible service, as a doordasher I don't want to be standing around for an hour waiting for an order when I could have gottentwo to three orders done in that time. I will say though that one of their employees is incredibly kind and nice, I don't knowher name but she's very sweet. She's probably the only good thing about that store. Read more
Waited for an hour for an online pick up order, the little Hispanic lady with the heart tattoo on her face was extremely rude.... Tried to show her my order and the confirmation with the address and she just kept saying it wasn't there. After an hour Ifinally talked to someone who wasn't that rude woman and he figured out that I had been sitting there by the drive thru thewhole time. Will be contacting the manager, mostly over the way the woman acted. Read more
I waited in line for 40 minutes. Got one lady mentally slow working the register one person making all the food and he is the... slowest person I've ever seen in my entire life. By the time I got up there just to find out there's no steak or chicken withnobody cooking anything on the grill. Not to mention all the dried out old food and the spoon that must have been in the pan aweek in order to gather that much trust. The last 4 times (2 in person and 2 online) they don't have fajita veggies. I just placed and picked up an online order to... include fajita veggies hoping for better results. Nope, no change. And they didn't even tell me the order was incomplete when Ipicked it up. And the manager... total attitude. She has no business being a manager. This is the absolute worst chipotle I?ve ever seen. We order through the app and try to get our meal from Mentor and it... automatically directs us to the Painesville one. This is the second time this is happened and the portions are tiny, meals arealways incorrect missing ingredients and our burrito wasn?t even fully wrapped. This place is complete garbage. No guacamole included. Paid for though. Not even on the bowls it was supposed to be on. 2 large orders and 2 add ons for the... burritos. Probably about $10 worth of guacamole just not included. Wasn't informed at the restaurant, or while ordering thatthey were out. This location is working its way towards being the worst in Northeast Ohio. Read more
second time this week they have been god awful. waited in line for over 30 minutes. once we got to the window they told us to... come inside because they?re an hour backed up. that?s fine but why are we the only people that need to come in. then they had noidea about our order inside so they redid it. also out of chips AND queso. this place has really gone downhill. now i have tochat with the agent to cancel my online order. what a waste of time Read more
