Placed a mobile order and not a single item was correct. The munchkin mix was all one flavor, and both the coffees had no... caramel in them. I?ve had several issues with the lids not being properly sealed and popping off while being handed to me. Thistime hot coffee was dumped all over my friend as she took it from the employee. They stared at her and closed the window. Noreplacement, no concern about the hot coffee burning her legs, just complete disregard for their mistake. After so many issueswith this Dunkin, my friends and family will no longer be using it. Read more

I know It's a doordash issue but why are we getting charged for the toppings that areal come on the sandwhich as If they are... extra? A bacon egg and cheese bagel being advertised around 6.50$ comes out to 8 dollars in the end if I want to actually havean egg on my sandwhich. Oh and cheese. So if I ordered this sandwhich and took all the ingredients off. It will still charge me6 dollars for a simple croissant. Fix your menu Read more

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I?ve gone multiple times over the last 2 weeks and it has been absolutely terrible. No... manners and seems they don?t know how to do their jobs right. I?m not one to leave negative reviews like this but because we areall people and we mess up and stuff but I think this just needs to be said and I?m hoping this will help anyone out. Read more

AM breakfast visit.....Poor customer service....burnt hash browns and Avocado toast, not toasted, worker snatched food from my... hands. Staff rude. Young man swearing behind counter. Worst experience possible. The people at the window are rude & act like you?re asking them for a favor by taking your order. I... was there today and the guy at the window didn?t even greet me but I looked past that Because I really needed the order. I letthe person at the window know I had a big order and that I?d let them know when I was done, he continued to say ?anything else?after everything I ordered, and everytime I ordered something else the guy on the received sighed like it was a bad thing. Aftercontinuous sighing I asked if I was bothering him and he said no but continued to be careless about my order so I said he canjust cancel it and he started laughing. I pulled up to the window and asked for a manager to which they told me I couldn?t speakwith because she was mad screaming on the phone with someone else. I told one of the girls I didn?t care if she was mad alreadyand that I would wait to speak to her. I was told I can?t talk to a manager until Tuesday morning because she wasn?t available &wouldn?t be. I went to Mentor Dunkin and while the wait was much longer the service was a lot better. I called later to speak toa manager to be told ?the manager isn?t here?. I will definitely not be returning - this isn?t the first time the staff has beencareless and the manager is nowhere to be found. Read more

Gave one star so I can leave a review. Food and coffee is fine. Employees are great! But my oh my that manager is absolutely... ridiculous!! The way she yells at her employees and customers is horrible. She needs to be fired. Like how is this abuse allowedto go on!?! Read more

I've been going to Dunkin everyday for years and I always get the same drink. 2 shots of espresso over ice. Originally my drink... was 2.09 for awhile. About 6 months ago the price changed to 2.29, okay whatever. Last week they started charging me 2.79 , Ididn't say anything. Then today it was 3.08? I asked why and the manager told me that she is charging me 80 cents for icebecause she's not gonna continue loosing money on my order. Not to mention she is beyond rude everytime. She personally has someweird problem with me and ups my prices because my friend would get the same drink and it would be the original price. Sobasically in the last 6 months she raised my drink price up a dollar. Which is almost a 50% increase. Anyway I'm not going thereanymore. I've been nice and patient for years with how rude she is and you would think she would be nicer to her everydaycustomers but I guess not. If you're a loyal customer she's just gonna keep raising your pricings over and over again. 80 centsfor ice? It's frozen water lol. Water is free. Anyway I'm good I will be going to Starbucks from now on where I'm actuallytreated like a customer and not a piece of garbage. Read more

I?ve come to this location quite a few times over the years, and I?m officially done with them. While the employees are pleasant... and friendly, the service and accuracy of the orders are pretty terrible. With that being said, I think this location could makevast improvements with a couple simple upgrades: get a digital drive thru menu board that shows the order as it?s being taken,that way if there?s a miscommunication in the order, it can be corrected on the spot. If that?s not attainable by the owners,then I would suggest having the employees repeat the order back to confirm, as most other drive thru places do. Also, greetingguests in the drive thru with proper etiquette sets the tone that you?re being taken seriously. Some of the younger guysspecifically at this location speak as if they?re speaking to their friends outside of work while taking an order. I?ve alsoordered while music is being played so loud on their phones in the background that they couldn?t even hear my order, of coursemessing it up. Hope they turn this place around, otherwise I?ll just stick to Mentor? Read more
