I hope Popeyes goes into this place after this KFC goes out of business. Look at how many bad ratings they've gotten recently.... without question the worst fast food joint in Lake County and maybe anywhere in the world. The last 5 times I have gone there... they have either been out of chicken or closed in the middle of the day. I'm not even sure the franchisee is aware of what isgoing on at this place. And if you are lucky (lol) enough to catch them while they are open or have food, be prepared to wait30-40 minutes for it as nothing is ever ready. EVER. Read more

I had to go to the drive threw to order my food as the phone number just rings and rings I was later told that the store doesn?t... have a phone. The original recipe bucket of chicken was yummy and good the extra Crispy was crunchy and burnt. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but after my order being wrong several different times and today, it's well... deserved. There's no reason we paid $40 for dinner for our chicken to be so bitter it's inedible from being cooked in old and/ordirty oil. And then having to give up on getting new chicken after an hour and a half of calling the store and still not gettinga response. I've never had service this bad in my life and now I have to spend money on dinner from somewhere else. We won't beback. Read more
Ordered through Uber and had the worst experience. Ordered family meal w/ 2 sides, mash & gravy + mac & cheese. Driver contacted... me and said they were out of mac & cheese, I opted for fries as sub. Tell me how I got 2 orders of mash, no gravy? Long wait, terrible customer service and dirty looking. I deliver for one of the food delivery places. Went to pick up an... order, when I arrived the worker told me that they would be right with me. They basically ignored me kept helping everyone elseand would just kind of stare at me. I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes without even a "sorry this is taking so long" orjust any form of communication. I ended up canceling the pick up and walking out of the store. The employees seemed to caremore about their conversations than helping customers. Read more
