Worst McDonald?s EVER! Lobby is closed. Haven?t seen it open in a year. They have a tandem drive thru but only one lane is ever... open. There is a truck parking lot next door, however, with the lobby closed truckers are expected to use the McDonald?s app andthen walk over to parking space six to pick up their order. The drive-through is probably the slowest in history making mostTaco Bell?s seem fast. The employees are often either in a bad mood or everyone in the store is simply rude. Unfortunately, ifyou want McDonald?s, this is the only one in the area without running into Mentor or south into Chardon. I would highly advisechoosing another restaurant in the area. Read more

Same old dried up over cooked meat paddy's. Long slow lines for take out. Not worth going to. Stay home and make yourself a... homemade Cheeseburger, it'll taste better and you'll enjoy it better.. Read more
Inside was closed. Long drive up line. Pay window closed so second window was taking orders taking payment and handing out... orders. Obviously a staffing problem here. Dont stop here if you are in a hurry. I was in drive up line for quite a while. Read more
Fast, accurate, clean. Worth a stop
Since this is a drive-thru just off a major highway, I suspect that a fair amount of customers are grabbing a bite to eat in the... car. I know that's why I stopped here. My burger was so covered in grease/oil that it was extremely difficult to eat! Theburger, bun, and box it came in were just coated in grease! Read more
If you enjoy a nice, dry bite of just bun, this place is for you. This was the saddest, coldest, most dried out, sorry excuse of... a sandwich. I'm sure that the franchisee can afford to not put garbage like this through the window. Read more
