Waited 25 minutes in the drive-through at 8 o?clock in the evening, had to pay $5.25 of my $13 bill in quarters. Stale bread on... the Big Mac, Half my medium fries was gone, no sweet-and-sour sauce, no napkins, and the manager dropped an F bomb about meusing coins. Money is money, it?s not on me you can?t count. All in all still not my worst McDonald?s experience so kudos tothat. Read more
Pulled into the drive thru several times and was completely ignored. They leave all the outside lights on as they clean, leaving... one to think they are open. They close at different times (as they deem suitable). Go to the window and ignored again. Theyshould have to at least abide to the hours started on the website. I'm about done with McDonald's. I worked there for over a year. Had a manager allow a minor to buy pot through the drive-thru, and the workers there, including... myself, were lazy and couldn't care less about the customers. Had a co-worker threaten to k*ll me and the managers told me togrow up when I said I wasn't comfortable working with her. So yeah, if I could give it zero stars I would. Read more
Just got home with my order..of course the small fries were missing . This is the worst drive thru, ever. Going there today was... a matter of a busy day and no time to cook. Now I have to spend more gas to go back and demand my fries. Burger will be coldwhen I get home. No more McDonalds, at least not the Painesville Township store! Read more
This was newly rebuilt. We stopped in for the best experience ever. That in fact made us return the second time. This experience... wasn't as good as the first, but still good. We asked for fresh fries and special treatment for our burgers. We recievedneither. Very disappointing. We later got a fish sandwich which was absolutely perfect! Read more
