This place has really good food. Only reason I'm giving it two stars is because online it says they do take out (and they do)... but only when they choose to! More than half the time I call , they tell me sorry not tonight. However, my husband and I haveliterally walked in before after being told they won’t do take out and the place was not busy at all. We hired Nouveau to cater a small dinner at our home. Not only was the food as delicious as in the restaurant Sean and Allison... were FANTASTIC to work with. They prepared a phenomenal menu and the presentation was beautiful. Our guests kept raving aboutthe food taste and quality. Read more
First time visit, my sister and I took my mom out for a belated Mother’s Day dinner tonight. Everything was excellent. I work... in the food industry and appreciated everything from the way the host sat us to every level of service following. The steakswere out of this world good. Nice cocktail list and really good wine selection with reasonable prices as well. This will be aplace to return to again and again for us. Read more

Dinner w/ my Husband. It was our 1st visit & definitely not our last. Nicole our server was so friendly & knowledgeable answered... All of my “many” questions about the menu.my Husband had the French onion soup ( i had a taste it was incredible!!) besthe’s ever had !!! I ordered the Argula salad so good loved the dressing.my entree was the scallops which was a special w/ alemon Beurre Blanc sauce scalloped potatoes & green beans. they were happy to let me subsitute from original sides. My meal wasFANTASTIC!!!! My husband had the Sword fish w/ a sweet potato purée scallops potatoes & Brussel spout he LOVED IT !! We broughthome a piece of peanut butter chocolate mousse cake which was out of this world!! Beautiful place lovely atmosphere.Nicolehelped make our whole experience even better by being so nice !! We had a fantastic dining experience and the food was spectacular! Our server Britt was a gem who gave a spot-on recommendations... and was attentive throughout the entire meal. I personally ordered the Pork Chop. *drools* When I tell you this Pork Chop wascooked medium to-perfection! The apple butter and nuts added so much flavor to the brussel sprouts, it would make a kid cravesome vegetables. We opted to sit overlooking the kitchen and that made our time there a bit more fun - to see talented artistsat work making some really mouth-watering dishes made us consider changing our orders a few times! Shawn (owner and head chef)has great kitchen set up and a fun crew (shoutout to Nathaniel and Tory!) who were efficient, courteous to answer our questionsabout their cooking techniques and the local vendors that they use for fresh ingredients. The conversation with them made apricier dining experience feel homey and intimate. Nouveau is a prime spot for a date night or a unique northeast Ohioexperience. We certainly plan to frequent again. Don’t go here if your looking for a fine dining experience. Filet was way overcooked and they gave me 5 pcs of asparagus that... looked like oversized toothpicks. The server was loud and unkept. I felt like I was eating at Outback not a fine diningrestaurant. They have no business charging premium prices for sub par food. My wife and I will never eat hear again. Read more
