I'm assuming this restaurant doesn't have too many patrons of different races. I visited this restaurant on Saturday for my... birthday and it was the worse experience. Which is very disheartening because I heard so many great things about this place. Themanager was rude and condescending as we waited patiently to get sat; as other costumers were seated. This is the second time my husband and I have dined in at Silvestro's. The first time was great, the food was great the service... was great. This past weekend we dined in and it was terrible. The service was absolutely terrible and the server was rude. The food was terrible. My husband was so excited to get the King Prime Rib and he said it was tough and tasted like a horsesteak and ended up getting sick. We will not be back. Read more
I feel like I am going to regret writing this review, because then it is going to be packed when we try to come! This is only... our 2nd time coming and their food is amazing. The veal silvesteo is amazing, the steak is cooked perfectly. We have had thepleasure of dining at some amazing restaurants around the US, and the hometown comfortable feel of this restaurant coupled withits wonderful ambiance that is needed in this day and age! The other best part of this restaurant, is that the prices areREASONABLE. They could charge much more than they do for the food they serve, but they keep it very affordable and comfortable.We will now be regulars at this great place! Read more
Food was great. Service was good. My steak was overcooked but still delicious. I ordered medium and it came with just a slight... pink (see pics). This is absolutely one of the best kept secrets in N.E. Ohio!!! The surf and turf is amazing! It's not cheap... But if you want... quality food, you pay what it's worth. The veal in the bernaise sauce with crab was decadent. The prime rib was fork tender withsucculent mushrooms. My daughters salmon was cooked to perfection. I have no complaints, at all. Food was pretty good, service was excellent. Our food arrived quickly and they bring out yummy bread and butter and salad... before your entree. Dressing seemed homemade as was very delicious. My only complaint is that my meal almost seemed like itwas made sort of like a pasta sides stuff that you buy at the store. Not sure if it was just me or not though. The staff isreally friendly. Wish they'd expand as it can get pretty crammed and wait times for a table can get to be pretty long. Had toleave once and go elsewhere. Read more
