Rudest staff I?ve ever come across.. I wish I could give negative points in customer service. I visited BR on 7/20/22 around... 5:30pm and ordered a brownie sundae, the lady in charge just couldn?t understand my order and made 3 wrong orders before makingthe right one. And on top of that she looked mad at me as if it was my fault that she didn?t listen what I actually ordered. Iwould fire such employee right away. Worse customer service ever ! Read more
I am not one to complain but I'm putting this out there. NEVER go to Basket Robin's in painted post. I ordered a cake for my... birthday celebration yesterday cause this year I can't go any where being pregnant with triplets or do much. They messed up thedates and didn't do a refund. They only offered a cake out of the freezer that was the same price. (Which was not the flavor icecream I wanted) My brother was the one to go pick it up for me and they didn't care and were rude so he took the cake. (Whichwhen he got it home the cake part of it tasted freezer burnt) When I called the Manger today to explain that the cake I gotwasn't good at all and I spent so much on... she didn't care and said oh well you brother took the cake. She was extremely rudeand snotty to me. (So she did nothing for me) Now a days people have no customer service at all. With how expensive things arenow why would you run off your business. I went to the Painted Post Baskin Robbins at 6:45pm on 1/25/21. I asked for an upside down banana split in the drive through. ... The manager, Kelly, told me she she couldn't understand how to make it and asked me to pull around. I pulled around andexplained to Kelly two times how to make it, she stared at me blankly and said she has never heard of an upside down bananasplit and REFUSED to make it. I told her my sister went through the drive through last evening and ordered 3. Again, Kelly themanager looked at me blankly and said "well how do I put the bananas in there?" Again I explained how to make it, she REFUSEDto make it. For the record, I went there last night to get one after seeing the ones my sister had, they were out of bananas. This store is OBVIOUSLY not well managed. RUDE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't eat at this place. Read more
We looked up the place and they said they were open until till 10pm. It was 8:30 when we pulled up to the drive thru so we... thought we had some time, because the website said it cloesed at 10pm. But, to our suprise and disappointment, the place wasclosed. The lights were out. No one was there. All I'm asking is that if your store hours have changed due to covid (which iscompletely understandable) at least change the hours on your webpage so no one has to run in to this problem like we did. The cashier lady was rude she didn't speak when we said hello and didn't respond when we said thank you have a great day. really... left a bitter taste in my mouth especially because for the price of the ice cream it really wasn't worth putting up with theattitude. Also consistently out of flavors even pre COVID, should have gone to peaches and cream or another local ice creamshop. Read more
Many choices for "gluten-conscious," no-sugar-added, etc. Handpacked quarts available for carry-out. Good variety of shakes... and smoothies. Bonus: case of handmade items dipped in chocolate (bananas, cake slices, brownies, etc.) and frozen fruitsmoothie bars, all done on premises.
