Went there this am at about 510 am one other car there at the window I sat at the place where u order for 6 mins without hearing... from anyone the car at the window sat there that long as well . I left who knows how long I would of waited . Poor customerservice at a place that should be fast paced . The people they have working there toy cant understand half the time or they cantunderstand you. Wont go to that one again . Read more

I go through the drive through every morning, and the service an employee's are always great. The only issue I have is most days... I get there at 4:50 because they open at 5am. The issue is most days they don't get open till 5:15. My wife has a business an Ifeel if you post your hours, then you should adhere to them. Read more
I work beside this particular place. My one star rating only has to do with my experience with people working there, not their... product. To make a long story short, I had been out of town visiting my mother who I just found out had cancer. I was travelingabout 400 miles with my little old man Chihuahua who is about 13. I hit a freak snow storm in the middle of my trip back whichdelayed me so I went straight to work in a building right across from Dunkin. I still had my dog with me of course so I left myvehicle running with the heat on then went inside my job. I work for a cleaning company and I was cleaning a medical facility. Ididn't have much time and I was very stressed. When I came out I found that my dog had stepped on the window button which rolleddown the window and he jumped out. He was gone. I freaked out and began looking for him. In the meantime the medical people werearriving at their job and they were so awesome! The staff helped me look among other things to help. After I looked the areaover I drove next door to Dunkin, when inside to inquire if they had seen my dog. I was distraught and I explained my situationand they basically blew me off. Straight up ignored me and made me feel like I was bothering them. All I wanted was for them togive me the information I heard them talking to each other about, that someone saw someone pick up my dog.. the managerbasically wouldn't let any of the workers talk to me. It was just unbelievable to me that they couldn't even give me a couple ofminutes of their time. Maybe it's just me but I help anyone I can. Not because I am a better person than anyone else but becauseit's the right thing to do and because I have compassion. Right or wrong I have a bad taste in my mouth for this particularplace now and will never purchase anything from there myself. Read more
Great ice mocha lattes. Great service definitely would visit again. Ice mocha lattes can also be decaf as well which is just as... good as the regular latte. Great service. Best time to go is the morning. Donuts always seem fresh and taste amazing. Highlyrecommend this one. Read more
