This used to be the best Arby's in Kentucky. No more and probably no fault of their employees, but the quality of the food I... just bought was so disgusting that I just added Arby's to the list of places I will never eat at again. Wouldn't be surprised iffast food entirely goes out of business for the most part over the next year. I honestly don't even think they're usinghuman-grade meat. I paid $19.92 for two Wagyu burgers and a generic chicken sandwich. This was the single worst hamburger I'veever eaten in my life. It was not medium-well, this was a rare burger that was just I can't describe how disgusting itwas. Best part: I spent close to $20, and they didn't put a single napkin in the bag, which this burger was so mushy and "wet"that I can't even tell you what would have possessed someone not to put a napkin in, other than the CEO of Arby's can't make his20th vacation home payment if he distributes napkins. Tired of paying for disgusting food. If it was GOOD, the price doesn'tbother me. But it just isn't. And I waited in line about 15 minutes to even get the burgers. Love Arby?s I do have a complaint, I would always get the Farmhouse Salad with crispy chicken, That is until you started using... the tiny bowls, I know it?s the same amount, but when you try to eat it it falls out , because the bowl is just too small,please go back the the regular size so I can start buying my favorite salads again! Food is always great ,but the drive thru is a joke it is so hard to maneuver thru and it blocks some of the parking space for... the other business' there ,sometimes I have wait 10 mins to back out cause the cars in drive thru have them blocked.. Read more
Food was fresh and hot, service was fast. Seating area was clean and so were the bathrooms.
