Ordered a pizza special a few months ago and they gave me the wrong pizza. I called to let them know we got someone?s else pizza... and it was late so I didn?t want to bring back for them to make another one so the lady said she would give me a discount andput my name on the board. I called about 3 weeks later to order a pizza since they have the best pizza in town and the lady wasso hateful and rude told me YOU DIDN?T TALK TO ME. I told her a young lady put my name on the board for the next time I ordereda pizza and she said ( In a hateful tone) she don?t have the right to tell you that I?m the MANAGER and only I do that and youdidn?t talk to me. I let her know I didn?t appreciate the rude and hateful attitude and I didn?t have time to argue with her. Itold her we love the pizzas there but sad to say we will never be ordering from there again. I emailed the corporation and it?sbeen two weeks and no response. Read more
