This place is highly unorganized and badly managed. They close the inside completely on the weekend. I?ll wait in the drive thru... no problem, but I?ve seen people who?ve ordered ahead, grub hub trying to go in and pick up their orders and they are out ofluck. Grub hub and people who ordered ahead don?t have the time to sit and wait in the drive thru for a half an hour. They won?teven let grub hub inside to pick up food. Terrible customer service! Don?t accept order ahead or grub hub if you can?t fulfillthe orders! Sad customer service has gotten so bad ever since Covid hit. Read more

As denoted by about 100 other people?the drive thru here is worthless. There is a lady sitting on a chair that takes forever and... the other staff takes even longer. We live in the area and stopped coming here years ago. The bagels are always old, orders arealways wrong, and food always taste like cardboard. Read more
