We tried Los Arcos Mexican Grill because we wanted to try something new and the menu looked good. The restaurant was not crowded... when we arrived and we were greeted by a server who led us to our table. The aw3-mbiance is casual, but upscale. The staff isfriendly; our server was pleasant and friendly. The food presentation was beautiful and the taste was even better. The chips andsalsa are home made. The salsa is a rich, dark sauce with the smokey flavor of roasted tomatoes. The Burrito Suizo is huge,smothered in cheese and topped with a flavorful orange sauce. If you are looking for a nice, friendly Mexican restaurant inPalatine, you need look no further. Give Lols Arcos a try. You won't be disappointed. Read more

I ordered orale mariscos from here. And it is just horrible. I hate to throw away food . But this one definitely needs to be... thrown out. Whoever thought that cheese n rice go together along with seafood mix, needs to no longer cook. The descriptionsounded appealing, had a different idea in my head. But when I opened it , I was disappointed. Do not get this. This should betaken out the menu. There wasn?t even any shrimp inside. I?ve made better food in jail. In my personal experience its kind of difficult to find a good Mexican restaurant in the suburbs but I found my new go to. I... feel like its kind of located in a secluded place but has sufficient parking. Lots of options both in food and drinks. They gavea complimentary soup which was simple but so good! Drinks come in huge glass and was very good too. I got enchiladas suizaswhich was awesome and price was decent. My partner ordered a torta de asada which she enjoyed. I noticed they offer alcoholicdrinks as well. Very much satisfied with my visit. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Highly recommend this place. Read more
