Don?t bother going inside. I went inside while a lady was ordering I was next in line. The two staff on the line and the one In... the window were all running orders for the drive through. At one point they stopped in the middle of the ladies order to fill adrive through order. I stood for 10 minutes while a handful of orders went out the drive through window. I saw probably 5 or 6plates started fresh with multiple new people through the drive through. This isn?t the first time I?ve seen it, but it?s thelast time as it seems the business prioritizes drive through orders. Sept. 12th, 1pm. Lobby closed, drive through only with no signs on doors. Not enough room to hold the cars in line so they block... the only entrance. Delivery drivers were even waiting on foot at drive through window. Read more
The Manager Jamie lied and led me to believe her name was Andrea. She always rude and nasty when I come to this location. Her... behavior is a reflection of your company. She's behaving like this in front of her employees isn't good. She needs to beretrained or demoted until she knows how to treat customers. Read more
ZERO STARS. Ordered through doordash no fault of theirs since they only deliver. So you can imagine my shock and irritation... when I opened my food and saw all this burnt fried rice. It was scorched and not edible. The sweet fire chicken tasted likespoiled milk disgusting! These folks are nice and the food is usually good, but this is the 2nd time they skimped on the "greens". It's suppose to be... Kale, Cabbage and broccoli . This is broccoli with 3 pcs of cabbage and the shake from the kale bag. A med steamed white rice,med "greens" and spring rolls was $9.08 subtotal and with the donation it was $10.00 total.
