Honestly don't go here they will sit here an argue with you about cheese sauce that they never put on a power Bowl...! Started... handing it back and she just looked at me and said there is some on it and then going back and forth with cook. They sat thereand just argued over .50 cheese sauce lol then told me it's at the bottom. I?ve never written a review and when I go to Taco Bell I expect garbage but what I received in this $20 Taco Bell bag was... disgusting. The girl playing with her hair while scrolling thru her Snapchat for me to watch was weird and gross and when Iasked for fire sauce she said, ?we?re out? with a blank stare. How does a Taco Bell runs out of sauce packets is real headscratcher, pack size is probably 10,000 per box. The thought of eating this food once I opened it and saw it 6 minutes laterdidn?t cross my mind especially thinking all the stuff probably going on in there I couldn?t see. This Taco Bell location is absolutely terrible! Get new management or shut down! The worst location I?ve ever been to! Place... a mobile order and selected drive thru to pick up my order. Employees and a employee by the name of Nicole refused to give memy order through the drive thru and said I have to pick up my order inside. Will be reporting this location. This is what they're chicken gordita crunch looks like, me and my girlfriend thought it was a mistake so we took it back and... asked if they Would remake it the cashier was so sweet and helpful but whoever the cook was was very rude and insisted this isthe right amount. We showed them the tacos too. So idk what is going on with this location but I'm for real done trying it'salways an attitude and subpar food I know it's taco bell but sheesh. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been too in my entire life. I went there with the most simple order ever.... Change hard shell to soft and no lettuce. Not rocket science, yet my order was wrong. So I called back and spoke with themanager and they agreed to replace my food. So I went back to get my food a second time. And when I got home the second time,they screwed up my order again. Pretty bad when your staff can?t follow simple directions. Manager included. I wasn't satisfied with their customer service. The workers were showing a lot of public affection, and very unprofessional. It... makes me wonder if they do background checks, that their might be minors present with child predators. I wouldn't recommendgoing here. Read more
