Food was not fresh. It was cold & had my order wrong. I'll never go there again
My last experience here was just terrible. The fries were cold when they?re supposed to be fresh. My chicken sandwich was... missing lettuce when it was supposed to come with it on the sandwich. The online menu said this location had hot chocolate andthey told us they do not have any. And I had 5 items and everything was just squished into one small bag. If I were you Iwouldn?t eat here. Rarely do I get hot food here, but they usually are pretty fast in a packed drive thru situation
I go here cuz it's close but I think I'm done. Gries are always cold, chicken os Dry, nothing tastes good here.
Website and door said Wendy's would have the lobby open until 10, but it was closed and there wasn't even a sign on the door.... Food was still good though! Read more
Very bad customer service. They didn?t give me straws, refused to give napkins, they forgot about my large fries and I had to go... back. The tray was defective and I got all the soda over myself, and when I went to the window of drive thru they gave meattitude. The manager (woman) was very rude to me and I was just being polite. So, I recommend people to not go there and go toanother Wendy?s because the customer service was very bad here. My family and I had bad experience. Read more
