Beware the workers spend their time chatting and making their own sandwiches before yours. It took 45mins to watch them prepare... 5 sandwiches, I understand being paid by the hour, but don?t waste the customers time or patience. The incompetency of thosemaking the sandwich was shocking. They could hardly remember what you ordered when making your sandwich. Additionally, Iobserved one of their team members making a sandwich, she then rubbed her nose with her glove, and continued to make a sandwichand give it to the customer. Gross during any normal time, but during a pandemic even worse. Wholly unacceptable, do better. Read more
I've had decent Subway sandwiches before but the one in Haskell Arkansas was THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER! They had... a new sandwich I don't remember which one it doesn't really matter but I asked them to add a different kind of cheese and leaveoff one of the toppings and the girl said she can only make it this way. We stopped here one evening to pick up a late meal while traveling. We were very pleased with the freshness of the ingredients... and the care that the employee took to prepare the sandwiches exactly to our preferences even though it was nearing closing timefor that store. Read more
The manager at the store was rude. She was outside smoking a cigarette and cussing at a young man playing guitar. He was... polite but she was very belligerent. I was going to grab a few sub's for my family but with that sort of management I refuse tospend my money in her store. I am very disappointed in Subway for having such a dirty mouthed employee wearing their uniform.It is disgraceful. Read more
