Almost had to seat ourselves as noone was available at the reception area. Meals took over an hour to cook. 3 of 4 meals were... completely wrong and jumbled between recipients. Over and under cooked and one being cold on arrival. One meal had a french fryin the center of mashed tatters...hows does that even happen? The finale was a fiasco over the bill 4 times with a notablecharge of an item never received. Second time to be disappointed at an applebees....will never return!! Read more
Server was great . Food at proper temps..there were less than 5 people in the restaurant and it took 15 to 20 min for a refill... on wongs? Sorry guys that sucked. There should be some kind of false advertisement lawsuit against them because those weren'tboneless wings some of the pieces were smaller than nuggets literally come on you can do better than this Read more
Tried eating there today at appox. 12:30pm. Waited to be seated appropriately 7-10 min before anyone even acknowledged that we... were there. Then we were told that there would be a 25-30 minute wait due to the kitchen shutting down. Who shuts their kitchendown during lunch? Oh yeah, this is Palestine. Read more
Server was great, she refilled drinks and kept up with them. Steak was ordered it was good and seasoned well. However it was... ordered medium rare and came out medium well. Mash potatoes were on the cold to warm side. Read more
There were only 4 tables with customers and yet we had to wait a long time for our meal. Chicken and shrimp had so much garlic,... we were unable to eat it and we love garlic. Only saw our waitress twice. She didn't bring the sweetener back as asked. Triedto check out, didn't have our check so they had to find her, she was outside. A man brings our chips/salsa who promptly spillsit all over our table and says sorry he will be back, he doesn't so I cleaned it. It was a horrible experience. Our waitressnever smiled. Read more
Same ol Applebee's. Good food, good atmosphere, good people. One thing I did not like was the substitute price for some items.... Like I did not want garlic mashed potatoes and asked for ceasar salad instead. Meal was same price plus 2.99 for substitute tosalad. Other than that meal tasted great. Read more
Nice waitstaff, food came quickly bartender served responsibly, seen him deny service to minors and would only allow a limited... number of beverages that were of higher alcohol content. I applaud that, overall good adult atmosphere. Read more
