I ordered a T-bone steak medium and it came out extra well done. Scrambled eggs were burnt hash browns were barely cooked. The... waitress was so busy dealing with the people at the big table that she forgot about me had to get another waitress to get me myticket to check out and a drink refill. They did the best with what they had. High customer service. Friendly smiles. And pop up at the right time when needed. They... make there rounds very well. The food was great, the cooks did a wonderful job at preparing the meal, in a timely manner aswell. Flavor was perfect drinks where at the perfect temperature as well. They where having computer problems, and they feltwith it in the best way possible. I believe they are do for an update on the technology tho, so more cooperate than the actualreasturaunt them self's. Highly believe all employees deserve recognition for being able to keep things together and smileduring a hectic time. @Denny's give them a raise they deserve it for there hard work. Food is always hot and exactly as you order. The staff is freindly and helpful. The place has regulars due to their great... customer service. Sometimes there is a wait due to the amount of people that frequent. The prices are fair and the kids love theselection of dishes. Read more
I don't know what Denny's in Palestine has changed but it's working. For the first time in a long time the food was delicious... and the service was absolutely amazing. I had the best waiter I have had in a very long time. I never had to ask for drinks orcoffee refills, he was just there with everything right on time and very polite. Read more
This place was good. And not bad for the price. I didn?t get Waiters name but he was respectful and nice guy. He had tattoos on... his fist and arm. he deserves a raise. Clean place! I dropped by to pick up my free birthday dinner. The staff was very friendly, and despite the website not providing the code for... the free dinner as it should have, the manager on duty was able to sort it out with zero problems. Apparently, it happens allthe time. Food was hot and fresh. It actually came out in good time as well. We've had almost nothing but trouble from thislocation in the past, so this was a very pleasant change! Read more
Lukewarm coffee, slow service, gross food. I'm not sure why my sandwich tasted like some sort of chemical cleaner. I've read... people say similar things in other reviews and I usually scoff but I'm telling you there was something seriously wrong with thissandwich. I had to stop eating it because I was honestly concerned about some serious chemical contamination (like not changinggloves between using stainless steel cleaner and making the sandwich). I've been a restaurant manager for years, I know how thiskinda thing happens. The coffee wasn't even hot which was pretty disappointing and the lady up front was extremely out of it, Ihad to explain how I was trying to get seated, to eat ya know? So weird. The checkout line took as long as my food took, whichis to say a while. There were about 6 of us in line just waiting to pay while the only person up front was taking a phone orderor something. I've been consistently having bad experiences at the last three Denny's I've been to and I cant understand howthey are still even open.
