Rude workers. I didn't think that it was proper practice to cuss about customers coming even after they close when the location... closes and opens whenever they feel like it. How are we supposed to know your closed if the drive thru menu lights are still onand no signs saying you are closed. Have some respect for your customers and maybe you can find and keep employees! I really like Iack in the Box in general but this one had some issues. The wait time tk vet our food was very long and we didn't... have that many items. I asked for a burger without a bun and they were so confused on how to do it. They looked at me like I wascrazy and we could hear them talking in the back about it. Not that they were being mean, they just didn't know how to do it. Ieventually just told them to leave the bun on if it would be easier. Someone came out and asked "so no bun at all?" Waited in drive thru 30 mins to be told to pull around front when we noticed right away an item in our order was missing . We... sat there for 10 mins because they said they would bring it out to us only for us to go in and see our order just sitting underheating lamp. You form your own opinion on how service was this night. Ours wasn't the best especially with 2 toddlers in backseat. ???? I gave 3 stars because it was good food.. Read more
Food was fine. Came in around 8pm, so they were open, and I dined inside. The restaurant was extremely dirty and messy. Felt... gross to even be inside. Makes me question the cleanness of the kitchen.. However, my BIGGEST gripe, is the fact that I order alarge meal, with an EXTRA side of large curly fries (I was very hungry), and I asked for a handful of ranch (to eat with mymeal, so maybe 3-4 ranches would suffice), and the manager stopped the nice young lady who was fulfilling my condiment wish. Shethen threatened me with extra charges if I exceed more than 1 single ranch. This is utterly ridiculous. Shame on you managerlady. Your profits will not drop from giving a PAYING customer a few more condiments than 1. Now you lost a customer forever.Worse for profits than any amount of free condiments. The immediate staff at this Jack don't care that I'll never bring mybusiness here again. Thats fine. I will take my business to other places that care more about customer satisfaction, and notbeing ridiculously greedy with their paying customers. I DO NOT want Jack N the Box, any employees of this specificestablishment, nor any other establishment, to make a comment or reply to this review. Frustrated....best word to describe how I feel having to walk thru the drive thru at this location because their dining room is... closed while looking at a Dentist office next door allow people on and out. We drive a 33ft RV that doesn't fit in drive thrus.All the other businesses in the area allow dine in or pick up, not here. Not even curbside delivery. We had been driving a longtime and my husband spotted Jack in the Box and was so excited, so we stopped. The server still took our order and the food wasgood. The frustration pf having to walk thru the drive thru left a bittet3 taste in my mouth tho. They could do better. Justopen the door and hand out orders or something. 2 stars for the inconvenience 4 stars for the food. Read more
Ok. It's Jack in the Box. If you haven't tried one you need to. The service was good and the store was clean. The food was good.
