Had to wait for them to cook my chicken tenders that turned out to be mostly raw and rubbery. The only thing that was right was... the side of macaroni and cheese and corn. Passing through headed back to N.Texas and wanted to stop and get something to eat. Asked for 2 piece breast and wing and I got... a thigh attached to the breast and something that looked like a wing and spoiled cole slaw.. very disappointed. From the looksof the Reviews a district manager should take a look at what's going on. Customers deserve better. Everything is too expensiveand wasting money on food isn't fair to your customers. This location is usually HORRIBLE...really bad food, and worse customer service. My daughter really wanted a KFC Famous Bowl, so... we decided to give it a try after not eating there for probably more than a year. (Lady time we tried, they didn't have anchicken!!!) The lady in the drive-thru was very polite, and let us know it would be a few minutes while they cooked us freshpopcorn chicken, and asked if that was ok. It was. We ordered 2 bowls. We get to the window, and the same lady tells us that shefound a buy one/get one free coupon, so we only had to pay for one bowl! That was awesome!!! Went to drive thru around 5:10 pm today. There were no cars in line. Ordered Original Recipe...was overcooked crispy. When I... showed it to window worker, he just said, "yeah, that's original" and handed it back to me. He could have offered to remake myorder, but didn't. I won't go back to this KFC and I don't recommend it to anyone. There are many other places who know how tocook chicken properly and probably treat their customers a lot better. Terrible! Read more
