Will never eat here again!!! I got food poisoning on Halloween from the string bean chicken!!!! I also ordered for my daughter.... She had diarrhea and I had it coming out of both ends. We were utterly sick! Panda express has lost our service. Also they cannever get our order right or don't give your full order. Was utterly excited to get a panda express in Palestine.. now I wishthey replaced with something better! Read more
If I order grilled chicken teriyaki don't you think I would want the teriyaki sauce? I mean that's common since seeing as it is... on the side not all over it. I shouldn't have to ask or not receive sauce. Also always seem to be out of the best foods likeconstantly. Read more
I ordered a medium A La Carte box of Chow Mein Noodles.... and I figured I would at least get some noodles, but nope! 90%... cabbage and 10% noodles!?! Like what I couldn't even eat it cause I don't mind the cabbage w/ the noodles, but I don't want toeat a whole box of cabbage!?!? Not ok at all! I didn?t order food from this place but ended up with food from here. The egg rolls are burnt. Food looks nasty. Over cooked and... mushy. Called told them I would bring it back for full refund since I have not touched it. Was told NO and this is just one morereason I will no go!! If I could have given them a zero I would have. The one good thing I can say about this place is that every time I have gone the staff is very nice, the food on the other hand... is not the best specifically the fried rice taste like cardboard. It?s also very frustrating that they are always out of theingredients for their main dishes so they just don?t have them. I wanted orange chicken but because they were out of ingredientsI got the Kung POW and it was not good, very little chicken. I ended up getting something else to eat on my way home. Read more
I've taken my family a few times to this location. They're always out of all their most desired items. Even going for a early... lunch, they're still out. The portions are not like other Panda Express locations. They're much smaller. Plan on a wait anytimeyou order Teriyaki Chicken. I can't recommend this location. We won't be back after our last and final visit today. Judging bythe lack of the owners response to any of the reviews. They don't care to much either. This place won't last to long. Read more
We?ve been to this location several times now. Food is fresh and delicious. The staff is very helpful when ordering. I?ve... ordered through the app also and have no complaints. Our order is always correct and they give us lots of soy sauce, fortunecookies and utensils with our order. Sometimes we do have to wait for items to be made but no complaints because everything isfresh and delicious. So happy to have Panda Express in our community. Read more
Coming from a big city to a small town like Palestine texas I was excited to find a Panda Express, known for good hot food and... friendly service. Sadly, this is not the case in this particular location. Multiple attempts at getting the food I rely on whenTHE CRAVING hits has been disappointment after disappointment. From rude/abusive service workers, to store functionality issues(gas leaks, sewer issues and more) to now, sadly repeated instances of food poisoning. Do not stop, do not spend the money.Unfortunately this location is NOT up to Panda Express standards! Read more
