Went to this location at approximately 3:30 pm ordered 3 Jr bacon's kids meal chicken nugget, a 6 piece nugget and a large... fry....i had to pull around front to wait on my food when the young gentleman walked out he proceeded to take my food to anothercustomer not only that the nuggets were hard and old and the Jr bacon's had no lettuce awful customer service the young girl atthe drive thru was extremely rude this place needs new management period!!! Short changed me and did not have the courtesy to tell me about it, either. When I noticed I was short on change and mentioned... it I was told that they were out of coins. No apology, no advanced warning. They have no problem padding the register with mychange. I ordered the new Italian Mozzarella Chicken sandwich. I have no idea what this is. Their credit card machine was out, so we couldn't even buy anything. There seems to always a problem at this location. They're... out of chicken nuggets, the credit card machine is down, the Frosty machine is down, etc. Read more
Sooo the shake machine seems to always be broken just a little before 7 to 8 pm on most nights. I know this because I have tried... to buy one three times this week and was told it was broken but earlier in the day it's always working fine. Sounds likesomeone needs to tell them you break it down and clean it much later than that and that people aren't stupid. That's a good wayto lose customers. Why sell frosties if you can't get one after 730 in the evening. It's Friday and they close at midnight. 1star and let's see if anyone in ownership or management gives a care about this. Read more
