Went to this location at approximately 3:30 pm ordered 3 Jr bacon's kids meal chicken nugget, a 6 piece nugget and a large... fry....i had to pull around front to wait on my food when the young gentleman walked out he proceeded to take my food to anothercustomer not only that the nuggets were hard and old and the Jr bacon's had no lettuce awful customer service the young girl atthe drive thru was extremely rude this place needs new management period!!! Short changed me and did not have the courtesy to tell me about it, either. When I noticed I was short on change and mentioned... it I was told that they were out of coins. No apology, no advanced warning. They have no problem padding the register with mychange. I ordered the new Italian Mozzarella Chicken sandwich. I have no idea what this is. It doesn't have the garlic breadand has bacon. I'm fine with that, but, if you're not, I wouldn't order it. Read more
Their credit card machine was out, so we couldn't even buy anything. There seems to always a problem at this location. They're... out of chicken nuggets, the credit card machine is down, the Frosty machine is down, etc. Read more
Sooo the shake machine seems to always be broken just a little before 7 to 8 pm on most nights. I know this because I have tried... to buy one three times this week and was told it was broken but earlier in the day it's always working fine. Sounds likesomeone needs to tell them you break it down and clean it much later than that and that people aren't stupid. That's a good wayto lose customers. Why sell frosties if you can't get one after 730 in the evening. It's Friday and they close at midnight. 1star and let's see if anyone in ownership or management gives a care about this. Read more
Worst experience ever. Extremely dirty, waited 30 minutes for our food with absolutely no one else in the lobby. Told them twice... and the third time finally got our food 15 minutes later we wanted to eat there, they just threw it in a bag to us. My daughter and I just moved here from Michigan. We ordered two $5 Biggie Bags. We received our food and we're happy. About 5-8... minutes after eating, what I believe was the manager, came to us and gave up two more things of chicken nuggets. I was confused.We hadn't asked for extra nor had any complaints. He explained that he knew the nuggets we had already received were not theabsolute freshest, and that's what he wanted to make sure we had, because that is what he would expect for himself! WOW! Wish we had gone to Whataburger or Burger King. Horrible burgers, dried up, no flavor. Fries cold and old. Tried their new Sweet... and Spicey Chicken sandwich. Wish I had not eaten here at all! After we tasted how bad, we threw all into the bag, gave to thechickens. Read more
