Great atmosphere and wine. I am a local and it\'s my favorite go to winery to spend an afternoon. The owner Ken is very generous... and fun to chat with. A beautiful vineyard with a relaxed atmosphere. Kenn is welcoming and knowledgeable and his wine is the best in the valley.... You?ll often run into friendly locals who are regulars - always a sign of a great place! Start with a tasting and end with awonderful experience that includes great conversation and new friends (and maybe even a few bottles of that cherry dessert wine????). Rude\n\nArrived at the vineyard to do a tasting and was extremely disappointed to have Ken treat us so rude. We wanted to share... a tasting and he told us we each needed to buy one. We were driving and wanted to be safe and not have both of us drinking toomuch. Ken would not even let us each try from one tasting. He said he has something no one else around here has and that we eachneeded to purchase a tasting. We left and will not return. There are plenty of other wineries in the area and none of themminded us sharing a tasting. Drinking less and being responsible was our goal. Not like we were trying to be cheap, we purchasedbottles of wine from each of the wineries we visited over the weekend. Read more
Local favorite! I?ve been to all the wineries and this is always a must when visitors come from out of town. Kenn knows what... he?s doing and his knowledge and experience is a great way to learn more about wine making and viticulture. If you?re stoppingthrough or visiting the area Hermosa is a must!! My sister and I had a FANTASTIC time tasting Hermosa Vineyards? wonderful wines this afternoon. We were very fortunate to have... our wines served by Ken Dunn, Hermosa Vineyard?s extremely personable, enjoyable and witty owner.\n\nKen had a wealth ofinformation at his ?fingertips? about each of the special wines we tasted and he shared his knowledge with us in a veryeasy-to-understand and ?down to earth? way.\n\nAlthough I usually don?t care for red wines, Hermosa Vineyards? red wine sampleswere so delicious. I also really loved the special dry white wine and cherry dessert wine that I tasted.\n\nMy sister, whoalways enjoys red wines, raved about the Hermosa red wines she?d tried.
