Two weeks ago we went there. The server had no clue about the television ads for 2 entrees and appetizers for 25$. I asked for... water and it tasted like it came from a swamp. Food was overcooked. Called today and asked to speak to the manager. She saidthey don?t offer that special but if we asked we could have it. I asked if the water had been fixed. We enjoyed our meal the waitress was very friendly. They have weekday specials. All the food was very good. I had their Cuban... sandwich, my son had their jalapeno bacon burger, one of us had chicken nuggets, my sister had the grilled chicken wrap. We arevery happy with all of the food the only thing is all food comes with fries and it cost over $2.50 extra to switch up the sidewhich I thought was very high priced- should be the same price or maybe a dollar up charge. What happened to the food and great customer service? We asked for a management and got the bat manager and she was terrible.... She had ano care attitude. They brought out food sporadically and mine was sent back once and my youngest was served last afterwe all had eaten. It was one excuse after another! My recommendation would be to take the drive and go to the one in St. Cloud.The one on Dairy Road and Bayside Lakes are terrible. The service, the food and especially the management. Came here with my in-laws, seems like a decent place to grab a beer, some wings, and watch a game. TVs all over, and pretty much... at every table. The service was insanely slow - from my understanding, our waitress was also the hostess and the bartender, andlater one other waitress joined her. I can't totally fault them I guess, it's hard out there these days for the serviceindustry, and everyone's short-staffed. We got some wings, they were supposed to be spicy but weren't at all, but otherwise theywere good. I got the grilled shrimp, which were good, but the rice was undercooked and oversalted. I had the blackened chicken, but it didn't taste blackened at all, nor did it even look blackened (see picture) and it was... extremely bland. The mozzarella sticks were mostly breading and barely any cheese inside. We had the worst seat at this placebecause it was in the front and since this establishment allows smoking right outside the door, there were people smoking, thisallowed the cigarette smell to come right to our table every time the door would open. The server was nice, but made some rookiemistakes (ie, taking forever to bring me a side plate, putting everything right in front of our 1 year to grab, and chargingextra for a side salad without informing us). First time here since moving to Palm Bay 3 years ago and it'll probably be another 3 years before we come back. We ordered... mozzarella sticks as an app, my gf ordered the blackened chicken, and I ordered the 5 cheese burger. Since it's bar food Imostly cut some slack on critiques. However, the mozzarella sticks barely had cheese inside them. The rice was meh, the chickenon my gf's plate was NOT blackened at all and she was charged extra for a side salad without anyone telling her it was anupcharge. They did discount the salad but that was after some back and forth which should've been handled in one shot. Thebacon on my burger was nicely smoked but the burger had no flavor at all. The bread it comes on was also soggy from the burgerbut the cheeses were good, I just wish the mozzarella stick was actually on the entire burger and not just sticking out of thetop of a half. The only thing saving this review from being a 1 ? is the fact that they have the Coke Freestyle machine whichis not something most places have. I'd also say the staff needs a bit more training since I had to ask for refills at leasttwice. We also waited several minutes for a small plate after getting a salad and our waitress was cleaning other tables insteadof grabbing the plate. Even walking in, nobody greeted us and we waited almost 2 full minutes for someone to walk up and saidshe would seat us but then took a phone call so we had to wait for someone else to walk up to seat us. I have seen visiting this Beef ?O? Brady for the past ten years. I stopped for about a year because the food was not that good... and the service was not the best. Lack of fine dining in Bayside lakes brought me and my wife back last night. Disappointing. I ordered the chicken taco ???? and some of the chicken had so so so such salt I had to spit it out. So I gave a 3 stars becauseone taco was bad and the other was actually good. The wings seems like the ones that we buy in a frozen section of the groceryso they were not good nor bad. My daughter had a burger and loved it. My wife like her fish tacos. Overall we had some hit andmisses.
