First time I came here there was a manager or a shift lead that was absolutely rude. Placed my to go order 30 minutes prior to... getting in, I got here and the order wasn?t ready. Well I waited while she helped people in the lobby that clearly showed upmuch after my order had been placed. My frustration could be seen by the cashier and she offered a couple 10% off coupons, vowedI?d never come back if she was working. Fast forward I take my parents to diner and she isn?t in here so I was cool, well themanager, Brian, was in and I just asked if he was the only manager to which he confirmed he was. We got to talking about my lastexperience and he was absolutely appalled and begged to fix it. I told him what they already did and he said that wasn?t enough.Brian is an exceptional person and manager here at this Palm Bay location. He will be the reason we return time and time again.Brian if you ever do read this, you are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for showing me and my family the respect youshowed. Read more
Absolutely loving this place! Ordered multiple times and everything spot on and delicious. Introduced many friends to their menu... and they?re hooked too. The customization creates infinite possibilities to get exactly what you want. Of particular note, theketo bowl is a tasty protein powerhouse and you won?t feel like you?re missing out on anything. Unprofessional atmosphere :( even with me picking up my food 10 minutes after allotted time,I arrived to location to my order... still not complete. No customers were in the dining room nor many pick Up orders on the rack.. another customer was alreadywaiting for their pick up food, and winded up leaving in the middle of the staff making the order. She too expressed she waswaiting more then 15 minutes past her pick up time. It was very apparent the female front girls were unhappy about this. Theyseemed to be more concerned with their cell phones and socializing amongst them selves rather then any sense of urgency. Thecooks here are always polite and attentive. I?m raising my original one star to two for this reason alone. (And the food wasn?thalf bad. )They seem to carry the weight of this team. Otherwise, there seems to be little to no structure or leadership withinthe staff. Once again, decent food. Not only did we get our order super quickly, but it was ALL correct and ALL the extras were included!! This NEVER happens... anywhere else, there is always a sauce or a side or something missing. This was our first time ordering from here and we loveit! Their HOT is actually hot! My husband loves spicy foods and is always disappointed, but not this time! 10/10 recommend! Read more

Friendly staff. Good portions. The food tastes fresh, unlike some other similar chains. Since we ate here on launch/opening day,... I'm allowing for some areas of improvement. Little things like no straws, and a coffee cup top instead of normal soda cup tops.Definitely recommend checking it out if you're on a lunch break or just looking for an easy dinner. We will be back. Loved the food here. This was my first time here. Everything was made fresh, if you order any of the hibachi meat or shrimp they... cook it right then and there. I personally did shredded chicken, shrimp, and then had buffalo sauce put on top. Great food andservice! Read more
