This is a below average Chili's. I haven't been to a Chili's in years and now I was reminded why. The environment here is gross... to say the least. The place is dirty and the atmosphere with some of the staff and customers was trashy. Our server was nice andthe food was average. Next time I get a Chili's gift card I will just give it away instead of putting myself through anotherexperience. Read more
Had a curbside pick up with 2 rib dinners 1 fajita dinner and appetizer.. $110 plus tip and it was HORRIBLE!!! Ribs were fatty... and Burnt. Did a call in order. Everything was fresh and HOT and ready when they said. Chicken sandwich - perfect. Buffalo chicken... sandwich- perfect - full of flavor Chips and queso - fresh chips. I didnt get the girls name that brought our food out but shewas awesome. I got an unsweet tea and she put a few of all of the sweetners in the bag...LOVED that! Terrible. Run unless you want food poisoning! The staff is rude and plays on their phones/smokes and run in and out of the... bathroom all day. It smells like urine when you walk in. Servers barely pay attention to you when you walk in. Restaurant isnever even half full but always has at least a 30 minute wait. Always end up sitting at an empty table while waiting for atable. They don?t wipe down their tables or have sanitizer available and nobody wears masks. Most seats you can see inside thekitchen and you see cooks wipe their nose and continue making food even during Covid. Chilis is amazing but stay away from thePalm Bay location. Amazing, went there with a big group (approx 25) and our server was really paying attention to detail, even played the guess... who's credit card it is and guessed most of them. Our drinks were really good and on time, our food all came out together, goodand hot, forgot a few things but no one is perfect. For a group as big as ours, he did amazing, as well as the cooks and thebartender. Awesome service, really appreciate you taking care of us the way you all did.
