Horrible service?. an employee named Chris answered the phone and took my order . I have been ordering pizza here for years and I rem embe r when it used to be more of a family run store. I've been a customer here since the early 2000s and let me tell you the quality has really gone down hill since then. With the... exception of a few awesome delivery drivers the customer service is quite lacking. Ordered a extra chicken for my pie and therewas barely any chicken at all, the crust was hard to bite through and had an odd color to it. And mistakes like this have beenquite frequent at this location at least for me. Your staff needs better training or you will continue to lose customers. Orderwas also 30 minutes late. I would get the pizza my self but since I cant drive delivery is my only option when I get home at 11pm and am exhausted from working all day. Cmon dominos you used to be so much better... Read more
Ordered for me and my friends not only did they get the order wrong the woman at the front who we explained the issue to did not... care nor want to take responsibility for their mess up to offer a resolution. We weren?t asking for a refund- we just wanted ourorder right. We requested to speak to her manager and her response was ? I?m not going to call the manager over one order- I canBUT I?m not?. We asked why she was treating us like children and her response was ? Well I have two children?. I understand thatthis is just a pizza spot but never have I ever experienced such un-professionalism in a company as I did today. If you aredealing with customers face to face you need to have some sort of customer service skills/ problem solving skills and the womantoday had neither. I tried to give them another chance, but once again I was disappointed. I watched the pizza tracker which showed our pizzas in... quality check status for over 20 minutes. By the time the order arrived, the pizzas were dried out and lukewarm. Sodisappointed. Read more
Given a 25 minute window of when pizza could be done, but never told when it is done. Their tracker doesn't update. I waited... until the window opened and went there and my pizza was already done. They don't keep pizza in warmers. They have an open metalshelf out in the lobby that all the pizzas were on. By the time I drove 3 minutes home, pizza was cold. Read more
