I love this place & their maple honey bacon & egg croissant is scrumptious and their double chocolate donuts are... delicious. However, their traffic problem is horrific. Although orders are processed quickly, there's not enough space for carsto line up so, traffic spills onto the streets both on Malabar Road & blocks traffic on the street right in front of theirstore ( in both directions) it can be very dangerous & a potential liability for this store ) Something has to change with thissituation. Do you want to start your morning out arguing with someone? Than this is your place to go. I ordered Pumpkin Cold Cream Brew.... Little did I know it does not look like the picture. I asked for it to be fixed and for it to resemble what was advertised onthe photo. The young lady argued with me. Also I ordered a donut. The young lady had gloves on which is fine, but she touchedthe register with that glove, took my money with that glove then also touched my donut with that glove. Went here today to get an iced coffee. There was one car in line in front of me at the speaker and they were waiting for over 5... minutes. When I pulled up, I waited for 3 minutes and no one took my order and the screen read something I didn?t order. Ipulled up to the window and told the cashier that the screen wasn?t working so I wanted to order my coffee at the window. BeforeI could even finish talking, Pam cut me off and snapped rudely that she was not going to take my order at the window. Sheacknowledged that the drive thru screen was broken and it wasn?t her problem and if I wanted coffee, I needed to get back inline and try ordering again. The staff is very nice, but they never have any of the right stuff. Today they did not have espresso for lattes, whipped cream,... or sweet foam. Last time I went in store and a staff had their child coloring at the pickup station, not that I mind but it wasa store full of people with a young child in no shoes. Read more

I never leave bad reviews but this is the Dunkin I have been going to for over a decade and I can't believe how bad the service... has gotten. Today was one of many bad experiences, where it took over 15 mins to get a simple iced coffee. I originally wantedan iced latte but they were out of large cups and espresso. This place has seen better days and with a Starbucks in the sameplaza, I won't be back. Read more
I've never had a problem with this location but I've been sitting at the speaker for 16 minutes now. The girl keeps saying, "I... promise I'll be with you in just a minute" but I never actually get asked for my order; which by the way is only one hot coffee.There's a line of 5 people behind me....this is AWFUL!
